Hello, I am Yogesh and in this article i am going to write about my experience with Fake and Genuine Job Alerts and interviews. After reading this article, you will be able to decide which job alert is true and which is false.

I know, finding a job is not so easy, specially for those people who are living in the developing countries like India. I completed my graduation in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in 2018, And till so far i have applied for a number of jobs in online and offline markets. My college has not provided me any placement or internship, but it gave me reason to do much hard work and to face the struggles of a common man during his lifespan.
During my journey from unemployment to employment, i received a lot of job offers in form of Text messages, Emails, WhatsApp messages and Telephonic calls BUT only a few of them are genuine job alerts And the rest are just a part of Fraud Gang.
In most of the cases, this fraud gang takes any building or a room on rent and conduct interviews of candidates for the direct recruitment in the companies like Amazon, Flipkart or Snapdeal. They claim that they're connected with these companies as a 3rd party agent and company has sent them to recruit staff on its behalf. Further, this Fraud Gang force the candidates to make initial payment in form of registration fee or commission fee for recruiting them in companies. This fees varies from ₹500-₹5000 or more as per the circumstances. But they are liar. They make false and incomplete statements. They behave like working professionals and also will provide you a receipt of your deposit fee but It is all Fake and well planned.
Usually these Fake Gangs are found in metropolitan cities. So, stay alert 🚨 and stay focused on the surroundings when you go for a interview, especially for the first time. Read the following points before going to a interview destination. These verification methods might help you to decide whether a Job alert is true or not.
Methods of Verifying Fake & Actual Job Alerts

Offer Letter or Appointment Letter
Once, the interview gets completed and if the candidate is selected for job profile, A basic document which every candidate must ask to its interviewer, is called Offer Letter or an Appointment Letter. It is first and foremost requirement of any candidate to confirm the authenticity of any company. Most of the well known companies auto provides an offer letter even before asking by the candidate. A candidate can also ask for a offer letter or interview letter in advance or before going to the interview place. Be noted that, candidate name, father name must be written in that offer letter ang duly attested with company's common seal (official stamp). For example; probably every email account of Indian Government websites are ended with extension .gov.in . In case of Amazon, every official amazon email is ended with amazon.com

Mode of Communication
Offer letter was the first requirement but if the rest requirements are not completed then there is no meaning of such offer letter. Be noted that when you receive a offer letter it must be in printed/written form. You must receive it thru the official Email Account of that company. Do not believe on the offer letters which a candidate receive thru WhatsApp, Text messages or Calls. Ask your interviewer to send it on your email account.

Do Not Pay Money/Cash to the personal accounts of Agents (Pay to Business Account by Internet Banking/Cheque or Digitally)
Mostly reputed companies don't ask for registration fee or initial payment. But It might possible that some Institutions like colleges and schools can demand for one time fee of interview, But in that case the receiver is a genuine person or a Institution. So, whenever you are asked to pay any fees for a job, Ask these three questions to yourself:
• Is it feasible (genuine) amount for this job profile?
• Do i have sufficient money and enough courage? so that.. if i got rejected or lost money by chance then can i handle the burden of loss?
• Am i prepare for the best?
If you believe in yourself and have answers of above said questions, then go for it BUT if you believe in God, pray him and then Go for it.

Ask Academic Questions to Your Interviewer, only if you suspect.
You can ask a few questions from the interviewer if you're in doubt about the job's authenticity. A good employer never mind the questions and A bad employer might object the questions due to any reason . Please note: Be polite in nature during the entire session, don't behave aggressively.

Separate Legal Entity
It means, if the hiring company is genuine then it must have a unique registered folio number which is being granted to it by the Government. This identity proof can be used to track company's past records and thereby as a proof of existence. For example: CIN (Corporate identification number), DIN (Director identification number), GST No. (Goods and Services Tax Number), PAN No., Udyog Aadhaar No., MSME No., ISO certification number, FSSAI Number, GMP certified number, AYUSH drug license number, or Any registered number under the government of that specific country.
