Due to COVID-19 pandemic outbreak in India, All the state governments have started working rapidly and they are adopting all the precautionary measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. To minimize the risks of virus spread, Central government is announcing nation-wide Lockdowns time to time. This is the 3rd time when the lockdown has been extended once again for 2 weeks, from 04-05-2020 to 17-05-2020.
During this lockdown period, buying & selling of all the non-essential items is prohibited but on another side some relaxations on market operations have also been granted in green and orange zone areas or where no single patient of COVID-19 has found in last 21 days.
As of now 'suppliers of essential items' 'Government employees' and some 'other persons' as per Disaster Management Act 2005, like suppliers of AYUSH drugs & Foodstuffs , are allowed to move from once place to another after getting Movement Pass or Curfew Pass from their local state government bodies. Probably everyday, Home department of Central government is issuing notices, new rules and clear-cut guidelines to prevent the spread of fake news.

For un-interrupted supply of essential goods, All the state governments have invited applications for Movement or Curfew Pass during the lockdown period from the suppliers of essential goods, as well as from those who are involved in providing emergency services.
But now, the question arises that how to apply for Pass during this lockdown? No computer shop is opened in market. And if one or two shops are working, they do not know the complete process of applying a pass. They stuck in the middle stage of form applying or the submitted form gets rejected due to irrelevent documents submission.

So, here i got a solution for you. My name is Yogesh and i am applying for curfew passes on behalf of different businesses. As of now, i am applying passes for persons residing in state Haryana and for those who are involved in medical line, kriyana/grocery stores, pharmacies/chemists, milk shops and many more. We are charging only 50/- rupees for each form applied and if due to any reason the form gets rejected, i will try to complete the requirement and even then if it gets rejected, i will return your payment immediately.

Apart from it, if you are applying for movement pass yourself then you might have faced some technical issues in accessing the online portal. That's why, here i am providing solutions of those problems which i have faced at the time of form applying.
Problem 1. Incomplete User Registration Details on www.saralharyana.gov.in

To apply for the pass, it is preferred by Haryana government to sign up for a new account on portal and then apply for the pass. But the problem is that, after doing registration what you find that you failed to login with provided login details. It is because your registration has not been completed yet. Confirmation of your account is still pending. If you've received a confirmation email from SaralHaryana authorities then you may initiate your application or otherwise to confirm your account status follow the steps given below:
1. Go to home page of www.saralharyana.gov.in (Click here)
2. Click on forgot password
3. Enter you registered email id in Username box and click the submit button.
4. Now, you will receive an email containing a reset link to re-create your password.
5. Just create a new password (like: Monu@40644) and try to login once again with new password.
6. Keep remember that, Your email id is your Username and password is what you have created.
Problem 2. What are Supporting Documents to show the purpose of movement?

Supporting documents means the document which can confirm your business identity. For example, Drug License No. is the identity of drug distributor, GST Number is the ID. of an Ayurvedic medicine supplier, GST no. for grocery store or stationery store, ID Card of company for workers and staff, patients can show doctor's prescription slips or attach any employment ID. which can be used as a valid proof of your movement.
And, if you don't have any supporting document to show the purpose, then go to your local district collector with you business letterhead or blank paper and write a application requesting approval for movement from once place to other. Don't forget to mention the number of people who are going along you during the journey.
Problem 3. How to reply or respond the rejected application of Curfew Pass?

Till the date 15-04-2020, there were no options available to reply the rejected file on the portal but you can always re-apply the application from very begining but don't repeat the mistake which you have done earlier, due to which the application gets rejected once again.
It might possible that now the option of replying inside dashboard could available. So, you're advised to check once before applying the form again.
4th Problem. How to renew or extend the validity of Curfew Pass/Lockdown Pass?

Because no vaccine has found till 06-05-2020, lockdown period can be extended time to time. Therefore you should apply for a new pass once again. But this time, Attach your old approved Curfew Pass as supporting document for showing your purpose of movement.
